All paintings, prints, printed copies and content of the website (prints or canvas) are the exclusive property of Lucia Larenas Mahn and may not be used by third parties without written permission.

 

Copying or reproducing works of art created by Lucia Larenas Mahn is strictly prohibited without the written permission of the artist.

 

Lucia Larenas Mahn retains all rights over the works of art until they are acquired by a private or public collector, at which time the collector receives the right to display the work in his or her home or business.

 

Lucia Larenas Mahn retains all rights over the image of all works of art, including the rights over the image of the original paintings sold. If you are the owner of an original painting and would like to discuss purchasing other rights, displaying the work in a public space, or overriding my reproduction rights, please contact lucia.larenas@gmail.com.

 

Collectors of reproductions have the right to display the work in their home or business, but retain no other rights to it. Any interior image that includes the work in a third-party publication (such as social media, magazine, or book) must be accompanied by attribution (title of work, name of artist).
